Health Certificates and Travel Document Services at the All Animal Care Clinic

Many of our clients travel with their pets.

Whether you and your lucky dog or footloose feline are leaving Florida for a weekend on Long Island, a romantic trip to Paris (where civilized canines are welcomed in the finest restaurants) a business trip to LA, or travel to anywhere in the world, travel documents are part of the package.

Over the last several years, most countries have imposed stricter entry requirements on pet travel, usually requiring a health certificate and a current rabies vaccination as a minimum. 

Some countries also require microchip identification and the completion of a health certificate by a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)–accredited veterinarian. 

Still others require blood testing for rabies antibodies several months in advance.  If you plan travel with your pet, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can help you with the proper planning.
